We DO NOT accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders unless there is a manufacturer defect. Submit dispute request if you meet one of the following criteria:
Dispute request will be rejected if you do not meet the criteria above mentioned.
If you believe you have received damaged or incorrect merchandise, you must submit a dispute request to DIVA HOUR e-mail within 7 days of the delivery received date and provide a photo of the defective items and the packing slip.
If we made a mistake with your order we will cover all shipping and handling back to us.
When submitting the dispute request for a return/exchange request via e-mail, please indicate;
- Your order number
- Full name
RETURNING INCORRECT ORDER
The products MUST be in good condition. If opened or used it is NOT acceptable. The item holder MUST email pictures of proof through e-mail.
Make sure you send proof of:
1. Proof of your original order
2. Picture of the items you received
You will have to ship your items to the return address to be eligible to receive your correct order.
SHIPPING WILL ONLY BE COVERED BY DIVA HOUR IF THE MISTAKE WAS ON US.
All lip glosses sales are FINALS. Diva Hour is NOT responsible for any allergies or injuries. All ingredients are listed with every product description. All products are made in a sanitized, and cleaned after production.
For Canadian orders, shipping takes 4-5 business days. For shipping outside of Canada will take up to 6-14 business days. Tracking information will be provided to you once the product is shipped. Handling time is 3-5 business days for all orders.
DIVA HOUR is not liable for any lost/damaged packages, wrong sizing, assembly of the nails, glue allergy, etc.
